By accessing or using the website at www.brandstudios.ca (the “Site”) and/or the services provided by Brand Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or our services.
Brand Studios offers professional business consulting, digital strategy, SEO, content strategy, and analytics services. Your use of our services and any engagement agreement between you and us will be governed by separate service terms, as applicable.

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have signed a separate agreement with us.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on others’ rights.

engage in malicious or fraudulent behaviour;

interfere with or attempt to breach any security or authentication measures;

upload or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

use the Site to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials on the Site (the “Materials”) are owned or licensed by Brand Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use the Materials in any manner without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your use of the Site.
The Site may include links or integrations with third-party sites or services (e.g., the hosting platform, analytics tools, social media). We do not control these third-parties and you acknowledge that we are not responsible for their actions, content, or privacy practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site and services are provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either explicit or implied. Brand Studios disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Studios and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for the services in question.
If you engage Brand Studios for paid services, such engagement will be governed by a separate service agreement outlining payment terms, deliverables, timelines and refund policy. Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Conditions that survive termination include those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability, and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to choice of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Burlington, Ontario, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. By continuing to use the Site or services after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
